Abstract
During the first months of the covid-19 pandemic announced by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020, the Secretaria de Estado da Saúde Pública (SESAP RN), as well as other public bodies and companies, adopted the home office system, being part face-to-face and the other part of workers in home office. In this way, the Coordenadoria de Gestão do Trabalho e Educação na Saúde (CGTES), responsible for managing SESAP's staff, identified the need to strengthen communication with the servers that make up their sectors, given the increasingly intense pace of demands. That's when Voz Ativa Informativo appeared, with internal circulation in this coordination. Objective: The present work proposes to infer about this experience that aims to contribute to the improvement of communication flows. Method: Thus, the method adopted in this study is descriptive, of the experience report type, related to the development of internal communication tools, which has been increasing the visibility of work processes. Results: It presents the transformation process because it passed the information to become this instrument that contributes to a greater integration, dialogue, information sharing and participation of CGTES servers in the internal communication process. Conclusion: The report ends with the advances and challenges faced to implement and maintain an internal communication channel to disseminate the work carried out by CGTES.
