Abstract

The Experiences and Internships in the Reality of the Unified Health System Project, VER-SUS Potiguar REDES, was created to promote a broader view of the concept of health from the perspective of Health Care Networks (RAS). The initiative promotes exchanges among future SUS professionals and the experimentation of new learning based on the daily work and reality of municipal health services.

This year, the project operated in 3 cities in Rio Grande do Norte and had the participation of approximately 100 participants. To talk about the importance of the project and understand the scope of the initiative, we interviewed the Deputy Coordinator of Information in Work and Education Management, of the Coordination of Work and Education Management in Health, of SESAP, Avânia Dias.
