Abstract

Introduction: Continuing education in health stands out for its valorization of the work process as a source of knowledge and changes in practice. Objective: This study aims to highlight the experiences lived by the tutors of the FortaleceRAS project. The project aims to strengthen the Health Care Networks by supporting the implementation of lines of care for overweight and obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, stroke, and acute myocardial infarction. Development: This is a descriptive study of qualitative nature, of experience report type, carried out between October 2022 and March 2023. Thus, it presents the perspective of the project's tutors inserted in the health services of a city in the metropolitan region of Rio Grande do Norte, who work through continuing education.  Conclusion: The FortaleceRAS project favored the development of collaborative health practices by strengthening the network in the implementation of the five lines of care.
