Experience of Implementation and Use of RegulaRN System ́s Health Situation Room

Abstract

Objective: To determine the experience of health professionals involved in the process of development, implementation and use of the Situation Room module in RegulaRN focused on providing monitoring and evaluation of the relationship between supply and demand of COVID beds and equipment, as well as the incidence of new cases and the process of rotation of beds in hospital units. Method: Descriptive, in experience report format, concerning the development of the situation room module in RegulaRN. Results: Understanding of the importance of developing health management tools that foster the qualification of the regulatory process and subsidize the decision-making process with real-time data, providing an agile, equitable and transparent response. Conclusion: There was an improvement in the experience lived through RegulaRN leitos COVID and its use for other needs of the Regulation Centers in the State, with qualification and transparency of the regulatory process in Rio Grande do Norte.
